Who can use Track Tipster
Track Tipster is for adults who are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to wager in their jurisdiction. By using the app you confirm that you meet those requirements. If you do not, please do not use the service.
Our content is information, not advice
The picks, analysis, blog articles, and ebook we publish are opinion and entertainment. They are not financial advice, a guarantee of any result, or a promise of profit. Horse racing outcomes are unpredictable and past performance never predicts a future result. Every wager you place is your own decision and your own risk, and you alone are responsible for it. Track Tipster is not affiliated with any racetrack, racing authority, or sportsbook.
Membership and billing
Elite Member Access is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe. It renews automatically each month at the price shown at sign-up until you cancel. When we run a promotion, the discounted rate applies for the period stated in the offer and the standard rate applies afterwards. You can cancel at any time and you will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are handled case by case, so contact us if something has gone wrong with a charge. We may change prices in future and will tell you before a change affects an active subscription.
The Handicapper's Edge
The ebook is sold as a one-time purchase for personal use. Your copy is for you alone: please do not resell it, share the download link, or redistribute the file. Elite Member Access includes the ebook at no extra cost while your membership is active.
Third-party links
Some links in the app take you to betting partners or other websites we do not control. Some of those links are referral links and we may earn a commission if you sign up through them, at no extra cost to you. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave Track Tipster, and we are not responsible for their content, offers, or how they handle your information. Please gamble responsibly and only ever wager what you can afford to lose.
Our material and your account
The picks, articles, ebook, name, and branding of Track Tipster belong to us and may not be copied or republished without permission. Please keep your account details to yourself, and do not use the app to break any law or interfere with how it runs. We may suspend or end access if someone misuses the service.
