What we collect
If you create an account, we store your email address and the name you give us, along with your membership status. If you subscribe to Elite Member Access or buy The Handicapper's Edge, our payment processor Stripe collects your payment details and returns your name, email address, and the result of the payment to us. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and are never stored by Track Tipster. If you send us a message from the contact page, we keep your name, email address, and the message so we can reply.
How we use it
We use your information to give you access to the picks you have paid for, to email you the picks, receipts, and download links you asked for, to answer your messages, and to keep a record of your membership so support can help you. We also look at basic traffic and usage statistics to understand which pages and tracks readers find useful.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the app work, such as our payment processor and our hosting and email providers, and only as far as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any message. You can ask us to correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time, and we will action it unless we are required to keep a record for accounting or legal reasons. To make a request, use the contact page and tell us the email address on your account.
Age and security
Track Tipster is intended for adults of legal wagering age, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. We use industry-standard safeguards on our systems, but no website can promise absolute security, so please use a strong, unique password for your account.
